Describe vividly how you feel the emotion 'Anger'. Does it spread like wildfire in your body or does it start with the slow increase of your heartbeat. Does it urge you to create chaos or do you push your demon down back into its cage. I'd like to read all responses :)

My anger

When I feel anger, my nose starts itching and I have the urge to scream and break things. I feel the blood boiling in my body and my head is spinning, keeping me from being able to think straight. When I´m angry I do stupid things.

I would ask the genie to solve all the issues that are going on between my parents, to make them stop fighting and just love each other again.
