Trick of Light

Dipped and bathed,

Spun around

until we are like

kaleidescopes,

a multitude of

faceted reflections;

our honeycomb human cage.

Once satisfied,

the puppet master

reclaims ownership

of these strings,

and dances us back

the way we came.
