I walked amid the the twilight trails

In the misty moonlight crossing the veil .

I found myself with the ethereal light

My heart was happy my soul was light.

As I reached out to see if it was real

A tingling in my fingers I did feel.

The more I reached for this light

The more I tingled and I wasn't sure why

Until I saw your face I was a little shy

then it was quite clear

Time has no meaning here

So I smiled and took your hand

And we walked and talked

as we crossed the land

We discussed many things of wonder

Things to come, things that have passed,

and things to ponder.

It was all wonderful it seemed

Until I woke up and realized it was just

In a dream!
