Lightening Visions

The Universe is glitching again,

And we are so clueless in our tiny world of pretend.

The Almighty has crossed the wires again,

And we stare up at the evidence,

Powerful and resonant.

Clad with naivete,

Discussing important matters in our human suits,

always thinking we know more than we really do.

Does he ever feel a twinge

from my reverence

As I gaze into the Power

And wonder at what this all is?

So hopeful and helpless

Me or him?

Flawless and without sin,

Only in humanity

Do words exist.

Lightening strikes;

The world shorting out

Again.
