Spin of the Clouds

Today

I will dance

in wildness,

silhouette swaying

in amethyst shadows,

wrapped in translucence

in daisy chain, twisted

in tendrils of hair,

swaying in blooms

of the wind,

tangoing in world

of trances,

draped in black lace,

staccato beats,

tap dancing

in bare feet,

music flowing

to the end of my toes,

shimmying my heart out

to the end of love

and back,

spinning to edge

of laughter,

following footprints

in the spin

of the clouds,

never touching

the ground.
