This is a super informal challenge, yet an important one. I challenge you all to write something positive about your life, or about how your day went. Maybe, the name "challenge" is fitting for you. It is for me, today, but never underestimate what positivity can do. Yikes, that was cheesy. Anyhow, I hope you will try every day this week to write a different positive thought.
