In fifteen words, write about an embarrassing moment.
It's allowed to be imaginary or exaggerated, but the person suffering embarrassment must be you!

Not the day for a summer dress

Wind repeatedly lifts my dress up over my head as whole high school watches on.

It's Lover's Month, and Valentine Day is behind us ... but the love, joy, happiness and peace of mind still remain... can you breathe it in? Write, either in Prose or Poetry form, a "lost letter" you wanted to send someone in your life that tells how you felt about him/her; a letter they never saw.
Make sure I am tagged only in the comment section and not in the post itself or I may never find you ... tag me as: @Danceinsilence

Days away

I still feel it

the way the day crawls towards evening

the slow, steady pull of the hours towards the close of the day

and the days they roll on

these days away from you

I hear every day

the echoes of all the words I never said

those charged silences as we felt each other slip away

away from foolish hope

away from what we cherished

I feel you near

my heart breathes life into your memory

your absence like a shadow that clings to me daily

so far apart and yet

together until the end

The second of three Valentine Challenges ... this time include the words "butterfly" and "heart". There is a word limit, and I will not change it this time. Let your mind run free.
Remember to tag me in the comment box only as such: @Danceinsilence or it may be some time before I will see your piece.

The last encounter

She stood before him, present and yet far off, feeling deeply the emotions of another time. She reminded him of a butterfly - delicate beauty, so transitory.

As she began to cry, he felt his heart pull at distant memories.
