a tender knock
at my door.
i know it's you, my love.
i’ve been waiting for you
forever.
my heart jumps.
but i freeze.
i‘m sO afraid to let you in,
i’m sO afraid to let you see,
i‘m sO afraid i’ll fuck it up,
i‘m sO afraid to be myself
and that being myself
means keeping it
shut.
