Remorse
I can’t apologize for who I am
But, I can apologize for what I do
I know that I’m an imperfect man
But then again so are you
If I say I love you, am I true?
Do we still do what lovers do?
Hard to tell, I sigh and rest
And thank the Lord we can start anew
