Why does the darkness flow

So much more easily than the light?

Perhaps it's a defense mechanism

My body telling me that I have too much hate

Too much anger

Too much fear

Too much sadness built up in my bones

My vessel purging itself through unhappy words

and less than ideal situations

I cross my fingers and hope that it's working
