Tiny tart and tangy these bright red

little "candies" are a feast for my

ravenous soul.

I almost feel like it's a sin,

as I suck this tasty pleasure of mine

Each one perfectly hard and round

they all burst in my mouth Oh sweet wine!

and squirt forth sweet nectar of the Gods!

Sweet Pomegranate flesh fragrant and fresh

sweet fragrance full

of tempting promise

begging my tongue

releasing inner juices
