Groundhog’s Lament
All comfy in my burrow,
At my home, Punxsutawney borough.
It's a fine groundhog dorm.
Safe from the snow storm.
Cold hands reach for me.
Please mister, leave me be!
Icy wind blows my fur.
Let go of me, brrr!
Yes, it's still winter season.
Sleep disturbed for no reason!
Closet Within A Closet
Thought I had things figured out.
Searching inside, I began to doubt.
Exploring hidden parts not only gay,
Places wild curiosity leads me astray.
Strange thoughts that invade my mind.
Forbidden desires not all that refined.
In this, I cannot be alone.
Sexuality is not set in stone.
This I have come to posit.
In my closet within a closet.
Monkey See, Monkey Do
Monkey see.
Monkey do.
All I have seen,
What does it mean?
Normal, new and odd.
Quite the strange mod.
Mask covering the face.
Distancing from human race.
Into future from past.
Long may we last.
Monkey see.
Monkey do.
A Weremonkey’s Buffet
Crunch! Crunch! Crunch! Crunch! Crunch! Crunch!
The weremonkey is having his lunch.
Strange being out in the sun,
But oh my, what delicious fun!
Hunting for food in the park.
So many meals when not dark.
All he can eat. No waste!
A feast of such exquisite taste.
Munching on mortal flesh still alive.
One, two, three, four perhaps five.
Who's next? You dare ask who?
Let me tell, it'll be you!
Wet Willy
Big Jeb Crabapple was the typical school bully. He liked to wet his index finger and stick it into a classmate's ear. He especially loved tormenting little Will Whipple.
One day, Jeb slammed Will up against the school hallway lockers.
"Will, you are such a wimpy loser!" Jeb shouted as he licked his index finger and stuck it into Will's ear as he laughed menacingly.
Will's head slumped down as he frowned. Jeb had gotten his sick satisfaction.
Will walked away slowly into the classroom to grab a seat. Jeb sat down at the desk behind Will. He began to tap Will in the back of his head hard with a pencil. Will tried his best to ignore the bully, which seemed to be working for the moment. Will took out his notebook and started drawing. He loved insects, so he began to draw a bug that had just popped into his mind. The bug was blood red with beady eyes and razor-sharp pincers.
As Will was drawing, he felt as if something was growing inside of his ear.
"Oh, great. Jeb's cooties are infecting the insides of my ears." Will thought to himself.
Soon, Will's ears began to itch and burn. He also became dizzy and disoriented. The pain became so unbearable that he raised his hand to get the teacher's attention.
"What is it, Will?" The teacher asked.
"I don't feel real good, Mrs. Weaver. Can I go see the school nurse, please?" Will asked.
"You don't feel, well. Please use proper English, Will. And yes, you may."
Jeb snickered at Will and said, "Stupid retard."
"Jebediah Crabapple, go report to principal Wiggins now!" Mrs. Weaver demanded.
Will and Jeb walked out of the classroom. They walked together down the hallway.
"You got me in trouble. That spells big trouble for you. Willy, Willy, I'm gonna give you a wet willy!" Jeb taunted.
Will kept walking as if he did not hear a word Jeb had said.
"Don't you ignore me, Will, I will rearrange your stupid face!"
Will still did not respond to Jeb and kept on walking.
"That's it. Time to die!" Jeb screamed as he grabbed Will by the arm.
Will did not fear Jeb anymore. Something inside of him had changed.
Jeb wet his index finger and screamed out at Will, "Okay, deaf boy, I am gonna jam my finger so far into your ear it will puncture your tiny brain!"
Will grinned, making Jeb angrier. Jeb stuck his finger into Will's ear, but it did not feel like before. Soon, Jeb screamed out in agony as he felt something chomp down hard on his finger. Jeb pulled out what remained of his finger. He looked in horror as most of it was gone, eaten away. Jeb fell to the cold tile floor and held his blood-soaked hand. He was in shock.
Will smiled as hundreds of ferocious blood-red bugs with beady eyes and razor-sharp pincers marched out of his ear. They crawled out onto Jeb's body, devouring him alive.
Alien
I am from outer space,
Wearing a silly monkey face.
From a galaxy far away,
Appearing as a humanoid gay.
Sent to explore your world,
From the distant future hurled.
My invasion is for seduction.
Perhaps you'll be my abduction.
I'm an alien colored blue.
I just may devour you!
Dreams
Upon waking, I take my first stance,
My thought patterns seem in a trance.
Looking out the window is a vision.
Are we heading for a cosmic collision?
My mental picture is one of confusion,
Unable to separate fantasy from my illusion.
The Storm
A smile from his beautiful face,
Causes my tempestuous heart to race.
My body becomes a raging gale.
On his ocean I shall sail.
Roaring from inside comes a blast,
A blustering squall from my mast.
The Ocean
The surf is pounding the shore.
From the deep a loud roar.
A deadly virus in the tide.
And there's no where to hide.
The oceans current is strong.
So when hearing the siren song.
Stay home out of its path.
Or prepare to face its wrath.
Some it will spare & save.
While we all ride the wave.
