Rainy Day
Meadows accept misty reins
Blooms a morning dew
Creeks crest with strong currents
Flood gate becomes agape
Kisses that bathe barren skin
Join in a confluent stream

The dead walk out of the sea...
Surf rips apart the shoreline
Sand castles by day light
Erode back into the sea
Wave after wave
Walks onto the beach
Deposits the dead for us to see
Undertow steals back life
Tides rinse away the horror
Decorations burn in the sand
Cast a line into the depths
For hope life still swims
As the dead walk out of the sea

I Gaze
In to the sky
I gaze
Blueness fades, into the night
Reflections in your eye
I gaze
Kisses soft, feel so right

Songs by the Fire
Flames peel away at the words
Conversation remains in the air
Crackles and pop ignite as a melody
Our love breaths from within the embers

The trunk has initials etched half way around it. Carefully crafted without any effort. Scorn abrasions of fallen branches placed perfectly like steps to the sky. That tree still slowly grows stronger. With age, the memory fades until winter bares that dark secret. What remains of the rope is still tightly woven into the bark. That tree that gives inspiration to the strong minded, is a symbol of what is left unspoken.

Surrender
Closeness fuels the lips
Kisses ready to erupt
No more resistance

Bleed
Blood pumps loudly through his veins.
Onto the floor it stains.
What life remains.

Passionate Kisses
They want to escape
I can see it in your eyes
Hear it in your sighs

Turbulent Kisses
Higher than the clouds
Turbulence awakes inside
As our lips kiss
