I am a trainer at my job and I come across a lot of different people and I have a lot of experiences. But I will not go into to much detail.

I was the third trainer that was sent over to help a person out, because they was having a hard time doing the job at hand. My boss pointed him out and said to let him know what I think and he will go from there if he needs to let him go or not. The other two trainers told him to cut him. They have tried and he was not understanding. I started to head over to him.

Once I got over to him, I smiled and introduced myself. I noticed that he never fully looked at me and I told him that I would love to help him with the task. So, I showed him the steps again. After five minutes, I told him I would be right back. If he had any problems to wait and I will help him.

I walk over to my boss and told him that there is nothing wrong with him, he just needs a little more time to learn verses other people. He has some kind of learning disability and I walked back to him and my boss came over after an hour. I became his personal trainer for everything that he needed to learn at the job.

All people needs is compassion for one another, if you see a person happy and healthy. Because all there is is love, love is behind everything. I can go on with this one, but to me this story tells it all.
