Why did I let you go..

What it's like to have loved and to have lost..

LOVE...the intense feeling of warmth, wanting, desire, the sky is clear, your senses alert, a feeling that nothing else matters, you're in a world of fantasy but that..feeling you never want to end. Running free along the beaches, listening to your laughter. We were intertwined.

Then to loose that love..as if you're in a downward spiral, unable to function communicate, despair. As if the world is caving around you and there's no way out. A deep sense of depression, feelings of self doubt, accusations..the crying never ends. Wanting you to want me, still not knowing if you ever will.

When will it end? How can a love so desired be now exhumed, the flames have taking over and you can't fan then out. I wished I'd never let you go...

The pain may end but the memories of love lost lasts lifetimes...
