It's getting too difficult—

Despite the smiles,

Despite the laughter,

It never gets easier.

It’s buried deep,

But not deep enough,

Not far enough

To be forgotten.

Where is the heaven,

The blue oasis

Where pain fades,

Where everything is alright?

Heaven is here,

Right in front of me,

Yet too far away—

For it belongs to someone else.

And I am left behind,

As the fire consumes me,

Piece by piece,

Until all that remains is ash.

I know you see it,

So don’t pretend.

It’s not just me.

And it’s not wrong to admit—

This is the end.
