Post-it challenge. Let's make someone smile. Write a uplifting/encouraging poem on a post-it for a stranger. Stick it on someone's car window, leave it at a table when you're out to eat, leave it in the produce section, in a restroom, etc...

Let's face the facts.
You messed up.
Yesterday, last week, last month.
It's doesn't matter.
But what matters is you know you messed up.
And you want to change that!
Who's better than you now!
So I'm here to tell you.
It's okay.
Whatever happened.
It's okay.
It's your choice to change, to be the better human, the bigger person.
