Circle of Life

(This is based on my short-story with the same title. I hope you enjoy it)

Once, in a dense wood

A rock split a vast river

Looking like a throne

A frog sat on it

I am king! Croaked the frog

Gobbling a tiny bug

A sharp pain hit him

When a snake swallowed him whole

Some king! The snake scoffed

He felt a sharp pain

A falcon took him, smiling

She was the true king

A hunter took aim

The animals were silly

God smiled, ending his fate
