Love Sighs (one syllable word poem)

Love sighs from my tongue

flames from my lips

scraps of my soul

sweep your skin.

Are those your eyes

or mine that I kiss,

orbs from blue to green?

One last leap

where few dare to go

I glide through my fears,

Know I built

my own cage,

jail of my pith

lock and key.

My truth rings out

bars are rent

time bends,

bones of leaves

dust of my flesh.

I lie back

in silk bed sheets.

You touch me

with soft heart.
