If today was my last

I would tell you how I feel, and I would hope you didn't hate me for it. 

If anything, though, I suppose it would be better you hate me than love me, since if you love me than I would have liked to know sooner.

But regardless of how you felt, how you reacted, I would want you to be happy and successful, and I would tell you that.
