Little Kitty

Sleepy cozy nights

Drying city lights

From which drew a shrill scream

Shattering the street dream

And for her efforts the neighbors ignored

Even if darling Kitty was a women adored

¨Save me!

                                                                                   ¨Help me!¨

                    ¨For God´s Sake, I´m begging!¨

The sound was upsetting

And so many grumbled

37 turned away as Kitty stumbled

¨Someone will call,¨

¨They already called the police I don´t need to, right?¨

                                                      ¨Someone will call,¨

And little Kitty was left alone with her attacker

Left alone to scatter

Poor little Kitty murdered

We all know they heard

But not one of the 37

Called to keep her from heaven.
