Isolated

Familiar places.

Familiar faces.

But still foreign.

So many people.

So many voices.

But no one to listen.

So much life.

So much depth.

But ignored still.

Disconnected

Different

Outcast

Isolated

I feel this on such a hard level

Ouch. I'm an introvert, so it's hard for me to feel lonely when I'm alone, because I LIKE being alone. But in the instances where I do, it's suffocating. I feel trapped. There's so much friendship and support around me, but I can't reach or be a part of any of it. I really like how you expressed that sometimes loneliness is intensified by being around other people, and that physical isolation isn't always the main cause.
I am 21 years or older.
