Please stop saying I love you

Because I know it’s not true.

I’m tired of all the lies,

That’s all I get out of you.

The love I once felt is gone

And I know I’m not the one

You’re thinking about at night.

I know you likely won’t cry

When I’m telling you goodbye.

But frankly, neither will I.
