Turns out there are some people out there

who can show you that life truly is worth living.

When you manage to break into their world

and merely get a glimpse of how deep it runs,

you finally start to realize what beauty could really mean.

They innocently nourish your love for life.

The days become brighter and warmer;

each moment spent with him you become engulfed in happiness,

a euphoric feeling that resides within you all along.

And you know you’re not seeing things through rose-tinted lenses,

because you’ve been through experiences, and you can tell:

this is real. He is real.

But still, you can’t believe how you managed to find such a gem

and make him fall in love with you.

Somehow, I still wonder if it’s too good to be real,

if it’s just a dream, if I deserve this gift.
