A Dream Becomes Reality

I woke up from a very vivid dream. I meet man for the first time. We had a connect. I woke up wishing it was real.

The location of the dream was my favorite hamburger restaurant. The only restaurant I have come across that has my exact favorite burger on the menu without having to explain it in detail usually twice.

I also woke up hungry for this restaurant. I decided to go later today.

When I entered the restaurant, I saw the man from my dream. I did a double take. I walked up to the host stand for a table. The host came over but before he could even speak the man from my dream came over. He introduced himself as the manager and said his name was Roger. He was all smiles.

While walking me to my table, Roger asked how I was. I smiled and said good. He went to hand me a menu and I told him I already knew what I wanted. He said you must be a regular. I said I had been in the past but it had been a while.

Then Roger asked if he could share something unusual. I said sure. He said he had dreamed of our meeting last night. I said excuse me. Hardly believing what I was hearing. How could we both have dreamed of each other before we meet?

I asked him to sit down. I confessed I had a dream of him last night. We compared our dreams and they were the same as the experience we were having in the present.

He stayed and ate lunch with me. We laughed. We talked about our passion for music. The craziness of living in Los Angeles. At the end of lunch, he asked to take me to dinner.
