Don’t drink

Don’t do drugs

Don’t pick up

No matter what

Don’t escape

Don’t disguise

Be who you are

And never hide

Don’t numb the pain

Don’t seek revenge

Don’t start an addiction

Because it never ends

Don’t hate yourself

Don’t hate the evil

Hate the disease

But never the people

Don’t judge another

Don’t walk away

When you see someone hurting

Find something to say

Don’t be afraid to feel

Don’t be afraid of pain

Don’t be afraid to love

Be afraid of a habit

It takes control of your brain

But, the very best advice I can give you kid, is simple in fact,

Feel it

Bare it

Brave it

Love it

Hate it

But never forget

No Matter what
