If I do not write

how will I live

with everything bottled up inside of me?

When I write

it resonates with people

I

make a difference

I have always been in love with words

as long as I can remember

Books were my refuge

And now

I use those words to write my own path

It is hard for me to say why I write

because it is hard to imagine where I would be if I did not.

Words

are my home

they are my anchor

they are the comfort that never leaves

they understand me

you guys understand me

and so I write on

and on

and on

and on
