Just in my Head?

What is anger

When the person it is aimed at

Cannot see

Or maybe the blindfold

Is on you yourself

How can you stay

With this anger

If the person gives you kindness

Through the darkness

Yet it happens all again

And you don’t know 

If it’s just in your head
