28: Shadow

I love to hum tunes, little did I know that people answered them. I’d sit outside, lovingly waiting for a conversation, so I can feel some meaning into what is essentially a useless life. So I hum a tune while I sit in the cold calming night.

They love to come out and join me. I love to listen. It’s nice to hear them.

Other times it isn’t.

What am I to do anyways?

It's soothing.
