Let Me

Let me dance with the stars,

sing with the river,

run with the cheetahs,

scream with the birds,

cry with the rain,

fly with the clouds,

swim with the seals,

Let me ask with the owls,

or weave with the silkworms

Let me evolve with the caterpillars,

or fight with the bullfrogs,

fall with the snowflakes,

jump with the grasshoppers.

Let me drink like a mosquito,

or slide with the water,

create like the spider,

steal like the racoon,

blend in like a chameoleon,

yet stand out like a venus flytrap.

Let me learn with the squirrels,

and sleep with the bears,

hunt with the arctic fox,

love with the penguins,

talk with the dolphins,

crawl with the cockroaches,

pray with the mantis,

heal with the starfish,

yawn with the lion,

stampede with the buffalo.

Let me adventure with the mountains

and spin with the planets,

let me stretch with the vines,

let me climb with the rockjs,

let me surfboard with the waterbugs,

who paint pictures with the web of their wings.

Let me tell stories to the snakes,

whose embrace will keep me in place.

Let me grow with the fire,

seek vengeance with the volcanoes,

hit with the force of a tsunami,

defend like steel,

Let me feel the caress of the wind,

or crash with the waves.

Let me live with the world,

because I don't want to be stuck in this

cage forever.

I am 21 years or older.
