I know many challenges on here are "fun", but I wanted to get more serious with this one, especially considering that many (myself included) experience or have experienced some form of depression. It's almost like a taboo- you may feel uncomfortable writing about it. But just try to describe this darkness- look it in the eyes and see it for what it is, record your insights here in any form.
