when my demons take over

my mind , my thoughts

and my body.

i cant

control it.

there’s nothing

i can do to stop

it from

happening.

to stop it

from causing

me harm.

not knowing

if what i’m

seeing or experiencing

is reality or not.

not knowing

what i might

say or do in

that state of

confusion

and illusion.

not knowing

how to hold myself

together in

one piece and

stay strong.

not letting

it

shackle me.

i cant

breathe and

get back

to

reality.

knowing

everything that i’am

why would you

try to

get closer to

me.
