hand reachin’ forward

steady motion~ calming

a gentle push & pull

onward, forward grasp—

holding on to something

finding it growing anew

trying to always find a balance

with changes taking place,

as hands of time wave by-

readying the next moment of

a new era to come forth

but that won’t change how

the heart pulses, feels every

moment of this period of here/now

till the next meeting time

holding on to this, to even much later.
