touched the molten fluid
the liquid of our love
powder frailty of life
a thinly veiled
and vague future
glacial bleakness
blush of your breath
has stilled
a blink in time
silence melts
my inner core
and I wander
my world
without
the rush in my veins
your life force
has stilled
Can I not
fling off
this empty place?
