Panic

I'm shivering

Shaking

I can't keep my breathing down

My mind is racing

I'm pacing

And I seem to be bound

By the chains of my mind

Keeping me in a bind

I don't know which way is right

Or how to turn myself around

I'm stuck in this frenzy

Lost and all alone

No where to go

That I can call home

No one to hold me

Or help me

I guess I’ll just have to do it alone.
