Dream of Destiny

One night a demon crept up on me and whispered in my ear, “Today the stars align and your destiny is clear!”. I fainted instantly and sank into a dream.

I saw myself leading an army against monsters from distant lands, and I saw that we were victors and that humanity was saved. I was then proclaimed king and a voice declared, “This is your destiny! This is your fate!”

I woke up to find myself naked in a forest. Utterly perplexed and completely exhausted.

And to this day I wonder, was this a prophecy or am I insane?
