Rescue

The waves are my rescue,

The water soothes me,

When I can't touch you.

You have left,

But the waves are still here.

I remember when,

We enjoyed to waves together,

How they rippled and flowed,

Under us.

Now there is no us,

There is only me,

Me and the sea.

Just the waves and me.
