As Dawn Breaks Anew
As days pass on
And transitions slip by,
I find the grey reminding me
Of what I lived.
So as I let go
Of a quest or two.
I find myself better prepared
For what waits before me,
As dawn breaks anew;
I don the sworn-off armor once more
With purpose less foolish.
