What do you want from me?,

I've lived my life by your word.,

You say I'm blind and can not see.,

Then I'm going by what I've heard.

How can you keep taking from me.,

Why can't you leave me be.,

You say I'm not as righteous as thee.,

I'm always fending off your attack.

I shut my eye's so I don't have to see.,

Please just leave me be.,

Why can't I live my life.,

Hardship is how it will be.,

Always filled with so much strife.

You keep saying nothings free.,

We have to pay is that how it should be?,
