If I could find the way to speak

And make you all understand me

Only to understand myself

If I could twinkle down on the stars

My letters always end with, hello

To hear you say

If I could make you worry in the dead of night

My poison of choice, is to watch you cry

Usually, I'll talk to my pillows

But I forgot the way I escaped through my window
