Modern●Sorrow~

Sad world~

Our smile is sad,

Yellowed and cracked.

Our bones burned to ashes,

Our backs bent to tank-flashes.

Peace hiding in the woods—of the green heart.

The soil denied and refused to drink our blood;

Died of our thirst and dryness.

The beautiful species, half laid on a shiny, greasy dish,

And half strives for attention in the fancy garbage,

As the stray rats digging at the bottom of a trash can,

And the others decorating our walls and labeling skins.

Cheaply! Made, for their red carpet gleam.

Sad world—sad and dry and pathetic,

And lacking every meaning of the word "ethic."

Testament to terror

Tyrants terrorize thousands. Those teaching the truth, taken to task, terribly. Tortured, their trust turns to treachery. Tanks thunder through tree-lined towns turning them to torn, tangled terror. Troops travel through, taking the townsfolk. Tiny tombs torment thousands.

Time to travel. Thousands throng together. Terrified, they tread tentatively, travelling through treacherous terrain. Thankfully…tents!

Tick tock.

Tiny, timid, traumatized toddlers taught tenuous theology turn to thoughtless thin teenagers transgressing towards totalitarianism. Talk tends towards training. The tide turns. The tormented transform to the tormentors.

Purple Panda’s Prose

Piper prepares prose perfected by a purple panda to put in the pink partridges pea pot for Perry to pick apart and perfect piece by piece. But the pumpkin parakeet put porridge in the pot and provided no perfect place to put the prose. So the precipitation from the porridge put a pox on the porridge.

GOOD GOLLY GRACIOUS!

Gabriel Gaston’s glib goat, Giddyup,

gaily gulped gluttonously

green, goopy, grandiose guavas,

gobby grapes,

grazing greedily,

glibly gobbling grabbed goodies,

growing greatly

garbled guffaws;

gamely, gawking, giggling

gloved gaudy geckos

gathered goofily

gizzards gushing goodbye;

geeky, gangly grazing grub gangs

gamely gummed, glugged glob gruel,

gasping gruffly,

going, going, gone;

great gauzy, guarded

glacial gazebos grew gated

greasy green galactic gardens;

gassy gophers grinned gamely

gashing gross garbage glumly,

guzzling gluey gumbo gravy;

grimy goldfish,

gilded gills,

gallons got gamey, greasy;

gleeful greedy gerbils

gregariously gloated,

grabbed gritty, gunky grains,

groaning giddily;

ghastly, gaudy gators

groveled, gored ghouls;

gluttonous greedy gibbons

groped gaily

grinned gloatingly,

galloping gallantly,

grand girths,

good, golly gracious;

guy guppies goaded,

grabbed gong gizmos;

glitzy, gutsy glowing gull guests

gradually glided glimmering;

gimpy grouchy geeky geezers

gravely gasped gas

gratefully, grotesquely,

grave goners;

Great golden goldfinches

gagged, gaped, grunted,

gored grapes;

grand glorified gazelles

groomed girdles glamorously;

grinning gorilla gladiators

grimaced glorified gusto;

gruesome gnus groaned

grunts grumpily;

gritty, gutsy groundhogs

gripped gouged gutters,

gloating guardedly;

garbed gossamer gilded geese

goose-stepped games,

gaily gracefully;

gobby guano glazed

grainy ground gradually;

glamorous grasshoppers

groped grass gruel glibly;

glimmering glowworm gawked,

gleefully glistening garishly;

gruesome ghost gals

garbled goals grudgingly;

gregarious guided geldings

grazed gulch grasses

grabbing grandiosely;

glassy-eyed guileless  grizzlies

guiltlessly grab great

gimpy groveling gerbils,

guzzling guts,

gustatory goodies;

galaxy gathered grandly

gainful goodness,

gavels guiding

glossy glowing

glistening gifts.

And the Rapture comes

The splendid solar-flare sparked sending smoldering sunlight. Serendipitously smothering struggling sapiens, a stinging scourge slaughtering sunshine. Skin sizzles,splits, soaring shrieks slice silence. Seventeen seconds of scorched, searing sorrow. Suffering soaked screams scatter skyward. Settling streams surrounding solid stationary soulless skeletal, still-life Sarcophagi. Something Satan-like, something so sinfully surreal Satan should smile.

Bastard Blues

A big black velvet bloated ballon

brings back better barn libretto,

but a bleak blank blanket blisters back.

Better be boyish, butter or boat.

A blessed book bigger than bread loafs

and a bright bazooka scope,

bring varnished brightness.

Bring the best beer and brutal

brand breakfast, believe it and but why,

broken bold backfires at the Bastille,

Beck's song Bottle of Blues,

barbaric ballista's,

blinded berserkers,

bitter bouzuki players,

blend because of bibles.

But back on brain bleeding,

or brained back busted believers,

breathe better, breathe best,

bacteria.

The bust of Beethoven,

blazed on burnt breadsticks,

behaves,

as the beehive and brass

breaks,

and the blue brick

boo-hoo's.

Frustration - The Other F Word

I'm feeling freaking frustrated,

foes, friends, and family finding faults,

flipping fervor for fear,

fickle freedom,

while flattering financial feats fondle fiction,

foolish friction fraternize fair fantasies far from fantastic,

fire flamed filled fences,

forced father fatalities,

fetal fraternity facilities feeding feminist fish foods,

fingers forgetting fundamental functions,

fuel fees, frantic freeway flux, and fleeing focus fade frontal foresight,

false flight falling fifty-five feet fornenst a feeble fringe fathoming future fulfillment,

fist of fury fighting ferocious phenomena fending folding figures funneling flaky facts,

futile fashion, fruitless freelance,

frivolous frequencies flooding favorable fellowship,

fiending freakish foreign forsaken flavors framed in familiar fabric,

flying phobia, failing phobia,

forward footsteps filming the finale following frustration.

Artistic Author

Aloha amateurs, anticipate an articulate alliteration. Any artistic author always aims at acquiring awards and almost always achieves actual acclamation, and advantageous approval. Applicants' accomplishments avidly acknowledges ability and academia alike. Apparently appropriate arguments accompany abstract. Authorship attracts apprenticeship. Abundant aesthetic animation advertises advanced art. Autonomous agents attempt against another. Artists apply an admissible attractive afterthought. Applaud all amazing adherence, admittedly absurd. Alas, aspire again, avoid anger, adopt admiration.

SUNSET SUPPOSITIONS

She saw sunsets - sparkling skies singing sweet symphonies, serenading souls. She sighed. Such simplicity, such serendipity spoken so silently, so strongly.

Songs swam softly. Sibylline stars stretched seaward, stealing sadness, stealing sorrow, stealing suffering. She stared serenely. She saw serenity. She saw subtle symmetries sliding, swinging surreptitiously. She saw secrets swiftly slipping stealthily, separating spiteful storms.

Sometimes, she saw several scenarios simultaneously, saw sympathy sprouting stoically. Surely society shall succeed, shall surpass superfluous solidarity. Steadfast surveillance should soothe suspicions - so she solicits.

Solemnly, she stood straight, saluted Socrates' sagacity, saluted sentient sacredness. Somehow, society shall succeed - so she speculates.

Should she surmise something so shaky? Should she sanction systemic submission, subsidise servility shamelessly? Should she surrender satisfaction so swiftly? Seek sycophants? Slyly side swipe sobriety?

Shhh. Such stupid, sneaky suppositions. Stop. Stop subjugating suppression, she says. Stop shrouding snakes, stitching shadows, sheltering sin so stubbornly. Shirk savagery! Seek sangfroid! sensitive, subaqueous striations. Scintillating shimmers shall suffice.

Stalk Sigmund, she says. Study splendid sweet sparks, succulent sweethearts. Stargaze, sublimate saints. Sing songs, strum strings, show solicitude. Shine significantly. Secure sanguine smiles.

So, subsequently, society shall succeed. Surely, someday.

So she'll still see sunsets, still see sparkling skies singing sweet symphonies, serenading souls simplistically, silently, strongly.

Tyrants’ Tea Time

Two terribly talented tyrants took time to type tweets 'til twelve Tuesday, telling trillions to: tantalize toppled telecasters trying to trample Tucker Tapper's time-tested, trustworthy truth-telling talents; turn towards television teams telling technically true tales; take turns telephoning top trixters' telecommunication teams to trick traitors towards telling troubled teens taking treks to Texas to turn toward Trenton; text twenty-two travel trailer towing tips to Ted Turner's twin Tad; try to temporarily trap traveling transgender terrorists trying to trick tinklers 'til TSA trainees take technical training; trade Toyota Tundra trucks to tout tough, tax-tripling tariffs; then they took turns trading tremendous tryst tales 'til tea time.
