Aurora

~

Crimson paints ravelled with emerald layers,

misty haze as shades cream the sphere.

Galaxies sugarcoated in specks of dust,

fragments of rays crashed with bust.

Trees of pine in peace garnished gowns,

the ponds nearby reflecting the pearls amid town.

Between two layers where life inhales;

The earth,a major with roof beyond scale.

As love multiplies with each touch signalled

the colors dance while the universe exhales.

~

Dead & Dying—Trees & Dreams

My branches spread out sideways

as well as up & down.

Lying flat upon my back—

my roots in air & ground

Oh, what a massive storm

that tempest must have been,

whooshing through—intense, it blew

against my chest & chin.

I marvel at the Summer sky, so blue above my head.

Fading thoughts, and parting shots, until I know I’m dead.

Death

As the sun was shining

I was feeling at ease

I forgot I even had a disease

That this may be my last day

I played and had fun anyway

No lingering regret

I had good memories I hope won't forget

My soul left my body quitely

without anybody with me

Made it less lonely

Hope

Capering through mad winds,

I know how to break a prison of stone.

Standing at an impasse,

I know I'm not alone.

Rummaging through darkness,

I'm sure the light will shine.

When the storm recedes,

Believe me, you'll be fine.

Because I know, when all's impossible..

I'M POSSIBLE.

I Guess Decastich?

The ink flows like a river

Consuming the blank canvas in a black, abyssal color

The once beautiful voice of literature

Has turned into the wails of Hatred and Destruction

The beings that were once filled with joy

Have drowned during the invasion of the dark ink

The ink then thawed...

Leaving a land of Death and Lost...

Evil Ink =-=

What Children Get Into, When Left Alone

An intruder encroaches in a home,

forcing children that have been left alone

to make decisions based on survival.

A battle ensues, one that would rival

any scene across a war-torn country.

Dons the nine year old the hammer and tries

to push back the stranger from the window,

while younger brothers and sisters rain blows

with kitchen utensils. Overwhelmed, death

departs and we wonder. Did he meet Death?

That's right!

life is complicated

tests will dry your throat

their troubles burn us in the fire

Is it possible to avoid these disasters?

Is it possible to avoid these sufferings?

answer: why we should suffer?

who will restore justice

there is an end to it

That's right!

Need to write

I need to write a Decastich to let go

of all my worries of the day.

I need to write a Decastich to be free

and watch the stars turn to sunrise

without the fear of the love of death

knocking on my door.

I need to write a Decastich.

I need to write a Decastich.

Please just let me put my feelings on paper so they can drift far away.
