Damaged.

Nothing comes close

to the skin she wears.

hatred knitted into

fibers of her bones.

stolen soul, and hidden,

deep, within evil dreams ...

no yesterday's lift her head.

blood washing down drains,

with secrets to keep,

and a gullet full of whiskey to 'mend' ...

How about,

Fuck you.

yes, hatred is real.

Hatred is felt.

Hatred is lived.

Hatred is betrayal.

Hatred kills and

sends unwanted souls to hell.

pain is only but a scar,

it scabs, it heals

and you move the fuck on.

Hatred is forever ...

It's what you hog tie

as you beat it

like a piñata,

laughing in the face of weakness,

squealing in fear,

giving a half assed attempt for forgiveness.

but the damage has already been done ...

I Didn’t Want to Hate You

Distance wasn’t triggered until the very end

as I inhaled your darkness deep within.

I didn’t want to hate you as my world faded,

my heart curdling in shivering beat of pain,

pleading with hollow voice in absent light,

bitter cold hurt consuming in tide of grief.

You were a disease exhausting my soul,

flaming remnants of hell cascading.

I drank your potion of bleeding pores,

your handsome face reeking of decay

wearing mask of ominous deceit,

disguising your eyes of sordid pools.

Salvation gate slammed permanently shut

as I spit words of festering hatred

BEHIND YOUR BACK.

No one

Those who don't speak know everything.

Those who don't know speak nothing.

"Nothing", no one said

was said by anyone.

If we didn't believe that no one

was anyone who didn't know,

how comes it no one never wrote any words about it?

Molotov

Hate is love gone to rot,

beginning to ferment,

with time and bitterness.

(and the fire it makes

when you set it ablaze)

Hold Me Back

She approaches

And I can feel it

Bubbling

Up

My

Throat

And corroding the

Beautiful words that

I store there.

Deep breaths.

No Anger.

Stay in control.

Butterfly wings and glitter

Drip from her mouth

As she begins to

Spew saccharine-coated

Arsenic.

Disgust rolls

Through my core

As she is surrounded

By others

Who lap up her lies

Like dogs.

Calm down.

No violence.

You're on probation.

My eyes close just as

The heat that is

Consuming me

Burns my contacts

To ash.

Darkness hides the

Crimson that

Now glares

At the

False promises

Exuded through

Her pores.

She's the test.

No hatred.

You want the curse removed.

I can feel

As black feathers

Strain to be free

Of the corset

That binds them

And keeps them

Hidden

From the

Unsuspecting masses.

Think about something else.

No pain.

You want to be free.

My talons are aching

To extend from

My fingers

And I ball my shaking

Hands into fists.

This isn't working.

I can't listen to her

Any

Longer.

But then she laughs

And walks away.

They said I had to change

To have the curse

Removed.

They said I'd be tested,

But enduring her

Doesn't seem fair.

I may be the one with wings,

But she's the

Harpy.

Us

Buddhism says

anger

is holding a hot coal

that you intend to throw

and in your ignorance

burning your own hand.

Infinitely, we die

Christianity says

love

thy neighbour

forgive and forget.

The end,

is nigh

Someone said

God

loves a tryer

and God knows

I fucking try

People say

Survival of the fittest

like that’s some fucking

excuse

for letting things die

We are the fittest

We hold all the cards

We can choose but,

Instead, we just get by

I hate-

I hate unjust, violent death.

To see it happen to a living being,

to see the horror in its eyes

to be powerless to stop it

yet having the power to prevent it

and failing

(assuming we even tried)

We have all the power

and we abuse it

ignore it

and take it for granted

-Why?

We’re

foul

greedy

ignorant

blasé bastards,

all of us.

For numbers,

we vie.

People say

we have, now,

so much

Look, a hospital

and here, a school

people have jobs,

and usually, food

We achieve one thing,

ten things,

a hundred things,

out of a potential

million

and we say its enough.

No, worse than that

we congratulate ourselves

we applaud

our mediocrity

We cheer

as we fail

and call it success.

I hate-

Open and Close

Nature and its beauty,

People and their hearts.

Deciding not to observe all this,

Instead, shutting them out.

Close your eyes,

Block your ears.

Look at the darkness,

Stare at the void.

Listen to monsters,

Act as their toy.

To hate is to not see the beauty,

To hate is to not feel the warmth.

To hate is to lose,

What you could have warded.

Do not hate,

The darkness is a scary place.

Begin to love,

And share the light.

I do not hate,

For I choose to love.

Love is beauty,

Even when it pains.

There is no joy

Where there is hate.

And what is life

Where there is no joy.

So open your eyes,

And take in the beauty.

Feel with your heart,

And see what I see.

With every bone in my body

I sleep in darkness

I wake in darkness

Never seeing the sun

I taste the sweet

But only acknowledge the bitter

When she touches me with her warm hands

I only feel the ice

Her smile stirs no passion within me

Her words move me to no other place

The clock that ticks gets louder

Every time she enters the room

The atmosphere once light

Heavies and falls in mid air

I sit I stare

I wonder when the silence will end

In my mind I beg

Someone please take me out of here

I once loved her I remember

Now all I feel is hate

I curse every breath she takes

But I cannot leave

For she has given me my reason to be

Upstairs in his bed sleeps our son

He needs his father he needs me

Anathema

Succumbing to profound hostility,

Eschewing all semblance of civility,

Devoured by hate,

A merciless fate,

A disheartening lesson in futility.

Hate

I loved you with all my heart

But you let it fall apart

My fear was of losing you

You made my fear come true

This pain is too much to bare

When with you I couldn't share

I can't do this by myself

You put me up on a shelf

I still smell you in the sheets

I haven't washed them for weeks

The fridge still contains your beers

They won't wash away these tears

I saw you with her today

I just want to make you pay

You looked at her lovingly

Like you used to look at me

How could you betray my trust

By giving into your lust?

I thought our love was so strong

How could you prove me wrong?

The pain eats away my soul

Leaving me empty, unwhole

Inside me it's getting dark

You've definitely left your mark

I saw you again last night

My thoughts would have caused you fright

I wanted to slit your throat

Like a sacrificial goat

The anger consumes me like fire

I hate you for being a liar

I wish I could just be free

Then you would be chasing me.
