Final Bedtime Routine
As I lay my head on my pillow, I set my alarm for the following morning, then start an audio book and set the sleep timer for 45 minutes to drown out the voices in my head. I'm then ready to read news and social media for 44 minutes (sometimes, if I can not be bothered to think, I play Candy Crush).... Then I reset the audio for another 30 minutes, spoon my butt into Mrs Burr, hold the paw of my old Father's Day gift (pictured) and close my eyes...
