Sister

Sisterhood. A love. A friendship. A bond.

My sister given to me from the heavens.

My sister made from the same star dust as I.

I told you I would be here to catch you the moment you fell from the sky.

Firefly

Fiesty little firefly I see the sparkle in your eye.

I am here to comfort you.

You picked me and you know that all will be true.

I can help you tame the flame.

You will never see the world the same.

I was there.

I came from the darkness, not of this place. It feels different, I am heavier, I feel trapped. I liked it better up there. I was there when the first star formed and lit up the galaxy. What a beautiful sight. You see when I say I come from darkness I mean a darkness that is so powerful so deep that through this we can create light. I was there when the hot star was lifted into the darkness into the cold, we thought it would harden turn to steel but instead it caused a shooting a blast of steam through the air. As the star shifted into position there was suddenly light in the dark. This new place though it is strange, full of light but a darkness fills the beings here. Not a familiar comforting, cool, calm, embracing darkness but a darkness that seeks to steal your light. It becomes clear now why I was sent here to help the beings of this place fight.
