Cutting ties
When you said "Stop blackmailing"
It astonished me to the extent
As if I witnessed somebody get struck by lightning
Never had I anticipated such a response
While informing you about my dead cats.
I expected you'd treat me like a baby and calm down the torment inside me
But all you did was show apathy and bluntly say that in my face.
Was it right on your part?
I couldn't gather the courage to talk further,
I hung up and chose to cut ties.
