Futile creation

an impaired creation

walking on wheels.

with big dreams.

keep breaking dreams.

Day Dreaming something new

just to see him crumble

like a deformed rock

never chosen but stepped at.

(Don't take this offensive as it is a poem, words on a paper, and it's a challenge)

World’s greatest title

What was world's greatest title?

to be an engineer or to be a doctor?

To me, it was a farmer,

a disgusting young job I used to have.

Bees were all around the place

There wasn't one bit I liked about that place

Farmer John's milk had already rotten.

I was just picking up piles of shit and feeding them cows

Rotten old cows.

I had already sworn never to drink milk in my life when I had so much rotten milk

Mum then used to pick me up, and I'd use to have the best shower ever

the worst job I ever had, something I memorised...

Driving next to blossom trees

Watching blissful trees, awakening

With my Vespa...

Driving Dreams

And them trees lush

With so much rush

and them, acting so lively

and we, acting so deadly

Alla vita, Andiamo!

Write a poem about your feathered friend, neighborhood alley cat, or your passenger seat dog pal. They can be ferrets, cats, dogs, birds... Anything, as long as you see them often and regularly and share some sort of symbiotic relationship with each other. Tell me their quirks, their frustrating bits, and what absolutely makes you just squeal with excitement when you want to hug them and pet them.

Bobby

Bobby was a young selfish dog

Woundering around on our meadow

Crashing into other leaves

and loved from every breed

Me and him, were like woody and buzz

Sometimes we love, sometimes we bite.

And he, this dog with no sense of what life is

tends to turn around, for me to scratch his tummy.

Boy I love this dog, we're best friends forever

we've been silly sometimes,

and he was a little naughty

but love will always be present,

what we always promised

Embracing the darkness, Finding the light

Once perceived, came confounded

for everything became gloomy

and the darkness, came resounded,

Compacted, finding the new me

Exploring in my wildest dreams

Wasn't so much that happened

thought it would be rainbows and streams

but that was something I imagined

Through darkness, came light

Caring less of it, became bright

the room became to glow

and life became to show

The light became so bright

that I lost my sight

but god still blessed

and I took everything at rest

Young Curtains

Unacquainted. pogeny. Denigrated young curtain

who blinds us from reality

but confounded of our preach

The sun,

That conveys light

just so it turns into a luster

The egocentric young curtain

who proceeds to abstain light

Even when we preached

Challenge of the Week
Alright, you brilliant beasts. To kick off the first $25 Weekly Challenge, we're keeping it easy and exact. Suuuure..... Most of us have been in this spot, asked the question, so we'll frame a setting. Here goes. You're on a first date with a person you met online. There's attraction there, but you're still trying to figure out if the chemistry is physical AND mental. The person across the table asks you what kind of writing you do, and when you give them a genre, they say, in one way or another, "Describe your writing to me." This week's challenge is to answer that question here. The winner will be decided by likes on this one.

A thousand shades of blue

5, Seaside Drive,

Punta Arenas,

Chile,

7510777

He, eager to tap a child's castle, with his navy blue.

With his arctic blue, he exposes his old wrinkles

that the sun lightens up in them skies.

Boats sail through this wondrous Lapis sea

And roars with pain, and white comes from it.

But the sun, so rudely lightens the old sea

the young blue sea, that eagers to travel more than the sand

but is kept silent with no retreat...

Slowly reaching his end.

That's my writing, describing this blue sea

that admonished you to write about you and me...

Forever young, an eternal pledge of young love
